Who we are

Valparq Technologies FZ-LLC (placeholder legal name) operates valet management software for properties in the United Arab Emirates. This policy describes how we process personal data on our own behalf and on behalf of the properties we serve.

What we collect

Placeholder: guest contact details provided at check-in or by the property, vehicle plate numbers and photographs captured during intake and handoff, and operational records such as timestamps, key movements, and retrieval requests.

How we use it

Placeholder: to operate the valet service, to notify guests about their vehicle, to maintain condition and custody records, and to produce operational reporting for the property.

Retention

Placeholder: plate reads and intake photos are retained for 30 days by default, configurable per property, then deleted. Operational records are retained for the duration of the property agreement.

Hosting and law

Placeholder: data is hosted in the United Arab Emirates. Processing is aligned with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021.
