Mall valet is a volume business with a payment attached, and both sides strain paper. On a weekend evening a single ramp can take in hundreds of cars, each waiting on a hand-written ticket, each paying at a podium at the end. Validation makes it harder: outlets stamp tickets by hand, nobody reconciles the stamps, and the operator absorbs the difference. Retrieval demand arrives all at once when the cinema empties. Valparq reads the plate at entry, tickets the guest by SMS or WhatsApp, meters every retrieval against a live ETA, and treats validation as a logged, per-outlet transaction rather than a stamp. The night reconciles itself, at any volume.
